The pressure of Regents week is in full effect at MDPHS. Students are studying hard and learning test taking techniques that will help them to do well on the exams. Students recognized and shared that test anxiety was a major factor when sitting to take the exam. With this in mind, the Awake Youth Project a youth led meditation and mindfulness initiative of the Brooklyn Zen Center, paid MDPHS a visit to teach students some exercises that would allow them to alleviate some stress before taking the tests.
